Re: DAVE WECKL - The thread about Dave

I'm not really sure DW plays on "Like A Virgin"...
He did some stuff on the album, some overdub here and there, but I don't think actually plays some entire some song, grooving on it.
The late Tony Thomson did it, and as Nile Rodgers was producing the album, it makes sens. ;)

Re: Quarantine Chatty!

I guess there's no accounting for taste. Nik Kershaw's "The Works" is a muh loved car record for me. Seems it must have flopped as the only song I've ever found him doing live from that album is "Cowboys and Indians." The four songs that apparently made him his fortune I could d...

Re: Dennis Chambers Thread

Speaking of Gogo beats, Stanton Moore did a video about it, it's on Youtube, the community from DC was really not happy about it, check out the comment section.... :)

Re: Neil Peart

Never been fan of NP, don't know why, BUT, I realise how much people have been touched by his drumming and lyrics with Rush, gotta respect that, it's not because I was not "feeling" it, that he was not a great one, RIP Mr Peart.

Well done Steve, nice video tribute.

Re: VINNIE - The thread about Colaiuta

He says everything about it on the interview with Dom, that interview is REALLY a great one. Vinnie, who's REALLY VERY HUMBLE says at one moment, "and back in the days I was a REALLY GOOD READER, I mean, I was known for that..." This sentence did SCARING me no joke, because, hey, he's STIL...

Re: VINNIE - The thread about Colaiuta

Imogen Heap, is she famous ?
I did a session for her when I was working at Miles Copeland's castle in France. ;)
She was eccentric. :)
