Thanks for the heads up on the Gene Coy video. Nice tasty interaction with each soloist. Fresh ideas as well. There’s so much more to do with music and drumming. Tasty is the key word here.

Dave Weckl could be "the one" who could bring big bands back to the road. I am serious!

Man, Dave is the greatest big band drummer I think I've ever heard. Nobody can concieve of playing orchestrated rhythmic kicks like Dave. And great band! The soloists were top notch! Take it on the road Dave. So much better than hearing all of these synth patches trying to sound like horns.
