Re: Myspace audio streaming - Full albums available for free
If you sign up to Spotify you'll have access to pretty much everything that isn't 'current' (less that one or two years old). I've noticed that the more popular stuff gets more adverts, so artists probably receive royalties in proportion to hits...although I doubt they get that much. Arguably someth...

Re: 30 days to get your hands together...
One thing that has worked for me is to start doing as many things as possible with my left hand, in effect treating it as the strong hand. That would include everyday activities like brushing my teeth, shaving, etc., as well as work-related things like using the computer mouse left-handed, using ha...

Re: Help with attaining buzz rolls at a gig...
I don't think this has been mentioned so far, but the early New Orleans drummers used to draw their sticks down (and sometimes across) the drum head, literally dragging out the roll (I'm talking about crush rolls here). The momentum that this dragging motion produced facilitated longer rolls - a bit...

Re: Drummerworld's "Top 10 Drummers of all time"
Although there are plenty of other drummers that could be on that list, I can't quibble with those they decided to put on it...which is more than I can say for the dumb lists that many drum magazines generate...

Re: Some Chris Coleman
Does anyone have his precision/power DVD? How is it? Great performances but a bit lacking in the "instructional" side. Yes, I found that to be the case too - I downloaded it when Hudson had their free offer. The playing was wonderful, but it would have been nice to see him break down some...
