Super nice Steve. You are always an inspiration and always exploring and growing. There's lot's of Vinnie-isms in these last few lessons with cool fills which sound so much more difficult than they really are. You really break them down succinctly for us mere mortals.

Ask Vinnie about Gary Chaffee and his influence in his non diatonic groupings. Vinnie's knowledge of odd groupings is kind an outlier amongst most modern musicians. And.... I guess drummers as well. Haha...

Great point about Tull's Conundrum. Not just the drum solo, but there are similarities in many of the rhythmical melodies and phrases. Lee, Peart and Lifeson may have had more than a few moments listening to Jethro Tull.
