Do you do tendonitis specific exercises like paper ball rolling, various movements to strengthen and use full movement etc...? When it kicked in initially I used a Powerball gyroscope daily for a while and that made a big difference. I never actually visited a PT, only my GP, and the advice was to ...

Why is it called "Death Metal"? Does someone die? Isn't "Speed Metal" a better label? "Speed metal" isn't really a legit genre. maybe some bands may have briefly identified with it decades ago, but in the 10-15 years I was in to metal I literally didn't come across one...
