Re: on the subject of fundraising for projects
I don't think you will ever stop pirating but it can be reduced to a degree...mostly by making the products more affordable but also making it more difficult to copy... I have a few ideas for the latter- maybe they've been thought of before, maybe not...For instance, how about a unique identifier on...

Re: Steely Dan-Josie
Man, one of my favorite songs lately that I keep going back to is Josie by Steely Dan. The WHOLE song is such a hip, funky, downright interesting piece of work. But a big part of that is Jim Keltner's drumming. Those grooves and fills-what possessed him to play like that? Performances like that are...

I have to agree that Akira Jimbo would be a great choice. He's great at the self-accompaniament thing with the pads and samples and it blows me away every time.

Re: Letterman drum solo week II
It's all a matter of perspective...I took it as Dave was more affected (speechless) by Gavin's performance...
Way to go Gavin! It was as great as I expected it to be...I liked it when you looked over at the band and smiled as well...

Re: Letterman drum solo week II
I liked it. I was surprised at the song choice, but I was glad he soloed in his known fashion. Doin what he does best. Even though he was around first, he sounds like Chris Coleman lite. Thats not a bust on Tony, just an observation. IMO I think the faster these guys play, the less personality thei...
