Awesome, do you reckon he's hitting some of the notes with his fists because its easier due to his small fingers/hands. I'm surprised he even has enough stamina/strength to play that piano being that small!

Yes, and maybe because he doesn't have the strength to get the volume on a piano with heavy keys. Not unusual for young child piano students. It could also just be for show.
