She's got some talent, but watching that live video just didn't knock me out. I thought the transitions coming in from some of the fills were actually kind of rough. Not at all what I would expect from Jeff's rhythm section. I wasn't yearning for blazing fills or anything, but the pocket just wasn't quite there like I would expect. The bass player was real solid but this drummer just didn't do it for me.The shots of the crowd were a bit telling, everyone looked bored to me.

She's got a great gig, and may well grow into it and eventually kill with this band. I wish her all the best and hope that this opportunity starts her on the road to great things. This kind of gig can be a door opener, or set your career back a couple of steps. Hopefully it will be the opener.

Sounded Like a Bozzio Interpretation to me...

Sounded great. More like what you would hear if the players on the album did the tour...

To each his own, I remember the 1st time I saw that song at Clapton's festival, I cried so it's beautiful.

I remember my wife freaked out and asked me "what happen, somebody is dead ?"
I said, "i't's Vinnie, he's kicking my butt so well..."
She looked at me like, "damn, poor boy..." :-)
Then I called Vinnie. :D

That way of playing moves me.
I come from Tain, Vinnie, Omar, Jeff, Fish, Stewart, and many more...
