in progress, the plan is to do green glue, double dry wall, solid core doors, etc.

At one point (for a few years) I had a practice space in a warehouse stocking yarn.

DSOP thanks very much! It was the only room in the house that didn't have a window. Plus the exterior is limestone siding. Also has a small vent that has both ac/ heat pumping in. Also, I don't own THAT much clothes. Neighbors say it sounds like someone's jammin to a boombox from the outside. Hence I only play at reasonable hours. My gigging kit (oak customs) is in the garage in soft cases.
