First instructional vid in some time! Again I'm pleased with the sound I got (Garage Band no less). This is a cool phrase based on a simple sticking I learned in High School marching band actually. This is just some of the ideas you can do with it on the kit. Fun stuff!

Good job (as always) -- it might be a while before I can do them that fast, but . . .
Re: New HoD Video Lesson: Drum Set Drags
flam the first accent and you've got a flam drag I believe. There's vinnie solo out there somewhere in which he does that at some insane speed. good chop builder.

Yeahhhhh! Really nice man!
Those cymbals sound good! And your playing seems to be even tighter than normal! Congrats and thanks for taking the time to put the whole thing togheter!

Nice! Good stuff Steve. Toms sound great on this video too.

Very cool, Steve.
Another name for that, the "non-alternating" kind anyway, is the Blushda. Vinnie described it that way in a clinic video somewhere.
EDIT: Yeah, I'm definitely stealing that stuff right away.... Sounds great.
