My guess would be that the artist asked or said he would be videoing it. To me, this is completely different than someone in a crowd filming him.

I doubt if that guy asked...I also don't think VC is thinking, "camera, youtube, forums"
when he sees this...maybe he does today who really knows.

Bottom line, any true VC fan knows how he feels and it is a matter of conscience at this point.
I would like to record him (vid) but would not out of respect. Audio is another matter.
