When Gadd says, "Maybe we can do it again..." YES...Rick, more please.
The ultimate compliment is when the person interviewed asks for more.

Totally agree! Never heard Gadd, or anyone, ask for more after an interview! Bravo Rick Beato!

I kind of liked the thing that Gadd doesn't really know who Beato is : "are you drummer ?"
:D :D :D :D

We need a drummer, Gadd specialist to interview him like that, there is more to ask than freakin' Aja...

And, sorry to bring up JR again, but here a legend showing some real fck humility. ;)
I come from Tain, Vinnie, Omar, Jeff, Fish, Stewart, and many more...

Wow that was super cool. Joey sounding great on there! Love what Gadd was doing with the cowbell, and his swing just swings so hard!

That's just some burning shit right there! I love how Gadd is just sooooooo Gadd and no matter what he's playing it GROOVES. Incidentally, Ronnie Cuber came to the college I was attending for a concert and plays some pretty great drums. Plays traditional grip but with his palm down. Having good time is king.
Moderation's all well and good, just don't overdo it.

One of the BEST tributes I ever heard...
What would it be like to be Gadd for even
15 mins? To have the respect and adulation
of peers at this level?
