Shieet, Virgil is REALLY something else... :o
I work a lot these days, I feel some progress here and there, but damn, I'm a real beginner when I see some clips of him, geez, what a dedication, huge respect for Virgil, I met him once longtime in Stockholm/Sweden, nice fella.

^^^ YIKES!!! That was some display of raw chops!!! He is truly amazing...the power, dexterity, control...the whole package

Looking at the hole in his left sleeve reminds me of Bruce Banner morphing into the Incredible Hulk :D
When in doubt...roll.

I wonder if they are "gym rats". The right type of work-out would help with stamina.

Jeppe may know the answer to that one.

I think that Virgil is pretty serious with his diet, as Ron, i think he doesn't care. :-)

But being a gym rat has nothing to see with this right ?
So many greats are SO NOT hip to sport...

Sorry, Rodge...I wasn't really talking about sports...I was referring to exercising. Doing cardiovascular exercises (as well as watching what one eats) will do wonders for stamina. Of course, Virgil might be a freak and just have natural stamina without working out. Or maybe it's the amount and type of practicing that he does? Ahhhh...the mysteries of life.
When in doubt...roll.
