But Jeppe, am I wrong or your musical taste are not really into the music Virg' plays ?

I see your post, you seem very far from Virg's music, but maybe I'm wrong, tell me. :-)

(Of course I know the friendship betweeen him and you is there)

Nice stuff here, you never posted it here right ?

Haha, surely, liking one type of music does not exclude one from liking other types, right?
I personally enjoy a wide range of musical styles and artists.

Here's a short (off-the-top-of-my-head) list of music artists I couldn't imagine not having in my life:

Virg (duh)
Amon Tobin
Tommy Emmanuel
Boards of Canada
Sam Cooke
Maurice Ravel
Béla Bartók
Dmitri Shostakovich
Johannes Brahms
Edvard Grieg
Jonatha Brooke
Eric Clapton
Daniel Lanois
Doc Watson
Oscar Peterson
The Young Gods
Rufus Wainwright
Devin Townsend
Raphael Saadiq
Prince
Michael Jackson
Liz Fraser
Stevie Wonder
Paulo Mendonca

If anyone needs a springboard into classical/orchestral music, here are my top recommendations in a Spotify playlist.

- and thanks for the nice words on my cajon work. I can't remember if I posted it. The recording value is quite low :)

Yeah Jeppe, of course you're right, but I don't know why, I thought that you liked Virgil's music because your friendship between you guys, but of course you're right, so many styles of music, it's great and even more interesting to be open minded.

No, Virgil switched to DW in 2014 but he played a similar Pearl set back in 2012, with Allan at The Iridium:

So simple, but so impressive and a great sticking exercise.
