lol...the assumption was excellent content...kinda left that out.

DW: Well, there's this guy called Steve Holmes. His playing is really tasteful and he's one of the few that truly gets that the blushda is not a toy. I stole all his licks.

Dang...those drums sound AMAZING dude...mic'ing par excellence!
If drums sounded like this on records we might have a resonance in the
music industry!

The hat fill ala 0:08 KILLED...whatever that is, it IS!

Overall...this solo was VERY musical Steve. It played
like a song...excellent composition. Your dynamics
are really taking off...light touch with power. So much
open space between the notes here to breath.

I think so many drummers are working on the HOW, then
forget WHY. Thinking
in story helps imo.
