fyi.. to embed videos from vimeo.com you need to use the following format. (It took me hours to figure this out for posting to my blog)
[vimeo 123]
so it's bracket, vimeo, space, the number of the video and a bracket.

I don't think Steve has implemented vimeo embedding.
