Can someone ID this drummer

It's probably dead easy for someone to identify, but I don't actually know who this drummer is. I know it's Luis Conte on perc though, who plays some beautiful things in this 2002 James Taylor concert. The drummer though has such a laid back feel, and definitely never overplays anything. A really tasty and immaculate player.

I remember seeing some show on TV where James Taylor said it was 'brilliant' that Russ Kunkel chose to use brushes on a Rock and Roll song when they recorded Fire and Rain together in 1969.
