Help Tom Reschke

Some douchebag stole the entire track 'Brooklyn' by Youngblood Brass Band, in which long time HOD'er Tom Reschke is a band member.
The guy is trying to sell it as an original "Jazz Hip Hop Instrumental' without giving them credit or profits from the sale.

Let this guy know how you feel about that here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HWKNAAWsefk

Tom, If I got any details wrong, let me know asap.

Oh, no! Am I dying? What have you heard?

Honestly, this is really odd. It's blatant theft by this guy, and he's selling the "beat" as well as getting ad revenue from the YouTube hits. Does anyone know what recourse we have? Do we have our lawyer send a cease and desist? Is it even worth the hassle, or will it be a hassle? I guess I'm just wondering if anyone has dealt with a situation like this before. It's probably more a matter of principle than it is financially for us to go after this guy, but wow. Can we get it pulled from YouTube?
Thanks for the heads up, Jeppe!

If you sign up for YouTube's content verification program, you can pull it on copyright claims. I think you can flag it anyway at this point.
