I went to see this :

"Friends, Horacio is in great form and is recovering quickly and well. He's practicing like crazy !!!
The surgery was due to years of carrying heavy bags incorrectly, and one shoulder as opposed to as a "backpack".
Lesson : let's all travel light and carry carefully."

I wish him the best recovery possible, and whatcha your back fellas, have a great week.

Whoa. That's scary, I know I'm certainly guilty of that with hardware bags and the like. A cautionary tale for sure, hope he gets better with no complications.

I´m glad he´s getting better... Need to find that album that he´s playing duets with a sax player, ´cause it´s freaking amazing. You can hear melody, harmony, changes, and a whole rhythm section with just two guys!

Ah, the wheel... That great invention most people tend to forget. I stopped lifting heavy stuff a long time ago. Even before using built-in trolley cymbal bags and hardware bags/cases with wheels, I would tie those things to a small foldable luggage cart. And I still have one for travelling by train with snares, pedals and such.
I wish HH the best of recoveries, back and neck injuries are awful.
