It sounds like Vinnie can't afford his mortgage post-Sting. I really get tired of hearing about it.

Why does it sound like he can't afford his mortgage? And how on earth are you tired of hearing about it? Name 1 to 7 times that you've heard the man kvetching about his house payment. He's endorsing a product because of who is is in the industry and because that particular company thinks that this particular person will help them sell their product. Geez...

Why would you be tired of hearing Vinnie explain where his approach and concepts are coming from.

I think you need to look at the context of what he is saying.

To say "Vinnie sounds like he's having trouble paying his mortgage" from that article and "Your tired of hearing it" is hilarious.

He's trying to explain a concept like "My angst in life is about keeping my lifestyle afloat vs I'm angry at the world"

Where do you get he's having trouble paying bills in a great discussion about perspective and role playing and the evolution of a professional musician?

If it's just a joke I understand, but from one little snippet from an unrelated article it comes out of left field for you to be saying odd things about of all people Vinnie not being able to pay his bills haha.
