Quick little lesson to improve doubles on the bass drum and improve your ghost notes. Check out my other vids on my channel if you get a minute. Thanks!

Sat in with a Grateful Dead band a while back, got some video together. I'm a Dead Floyd drummer for hire. :)

I didn't have much time. One quick rehearsal, I know the music though. It was definitely a lot of fun. Easy gig with these guys, they have their shit together.

Felt like making a video.. First time I created a song and played to it.. I discovered Cubase chord tracks, and assistant.. I've been using Cubase for almost 20 years haha never used it before.. Makes writing when you know nothing alot easier..

Sounds great Chris.
Those loops and chords created by the machines inspired some good things.

Here it is a video using some concepts that I´ve found interesting in the country rock context.
Using Jim Riley Book/Playalongs The Survival Guide for the Modern Drummer.

went and watched these vids over...all have a nice touch and feel for the music...
Paul, your volume control was excellent...very disciplined playing...you adapted well
with each instrument (listening). Kinky...your ride cymbal additions within the groove
were tasty. Juan...i really liked how to kept to the classic country feel over throwing
in other concepts that would work but not in that genre of music. Chris your style is very
different than mine...more open approach but the groove was so spot on (great sound recording).
Lang...the space between the notes...FEEl for that style...this is not my style of music
and would find it difficult to find the pocket personally...you carried that band well!
