Mine were a wrap...really easy to tune...set up and go drums!
Even back then there was crap playing concert toms, but Phil
gave them street cred...i had these heavy Evans heads on and
tuned them up high to cut through...they really looked great
on stage...i made extra dough waxing cars and a friend of mine
worked at a small airport and got this amazing airplane wax...
i would shine those things to intense when the lights hit them it
blinded people in the front rows...i thought they hated the music

I still think that new Yamaha pedal looks like Optimus Prime.


Getting closer to digital kits being able to be full practice replacements, but not there yet. If everyone shared tech and made something together, maybe.
