I've always dug the Oak drums Yamaha has put out... but honestly the finishes (especially on the new 2019) are pretty horrendous.

...curious about the new pedals, including the Tama ones.

Who besides Mapex discusses the tonal changes in the wrapping or finishes of drums?
Look at this Ludwig wall of colors...looks great, but I wonder if you asked a rep the
pitch differences in these finishes if he would have any clue?

They need to reintroduce the Speed King, or maybe the Ghost pedal.

I'm thinking this was pretty loud.
