Sorry dude. That is horrible. I was with my mom when she died a couple years ago. The pain hasn't subsided at all. I think of her and my father every single day.

I ask this...what about ALL the drum bears used by artists, especially the
classic James Brown drummers whose creative efforts have been taken
over the years? Where is "fair use" here?

Rick Beato makes his living by piggy-backing off of the famous works of others. If he doesn't like copyright law, he should try to get the law changed/amended. I say copyright law needs STRENGTHENING if anything. Google is the Mafia of today.
