I used to listen to all of
Tales From Topographic Oceans (on vinyl of course) every day after school... in the dark. I loved everything about Yes. Still do.

A friend played me this boot when I was high school. I still cant believe that they did this live.
Alan's drumming on this song is so incredible on this song.

Used to listen to Relayer constantly in high school, we were all Yes heads. We'd get together to drink beer and watch Yesshows. Glad I got to see him front row with Squire, they were so linked to each other, never seen anything like that, all night they knew where each was going.
He was pretty prolific in the UK scene. Music is a bit limited her, but you can tell he has power and musicality. One of the few that can be identified by a fill or even one snare hit.
A bit like a more powerful and explosive Ringo.
He learned an entire set of Yes music in three days to play in front of people, probably quite a few thousand. Here's part of his first show in 72.
