Let me first brag just a little. I had the pleasure of getting a few lessons from him many years ago. Those lessons were big eyeopeners for me and needless to say I got my ass kicked big time.. He had a great way of telling you the truth about how you sound without being too harsh.
He and "Tain" Watts have the same kind of approach: risk-taking, pretty aggressive and VERY conversational. Ralph plays mean trumpet too.

Ok, enough of the fanboy-rant, today while browsing on the YT I discovered that he also has an instructional-dvd out, and wanted to share:

Agreed! Even through my laptop speakers they sound amazing.
