It´s sounds like Tom Brechtlein and i think i have seen this consert on a vhs with Tom on drums long time ago....
Steve Houghton never sounded like this as i remember but i have bee wrong before..

Sinc confirms it was him.

I saw them with Carlos Vega in 1977. That was feisty too.
