It's such a pity that Vinnie couldn't make it.

Best quality (uploaded in 2012) >>>

Nothing better than that show in 89.
I come from Tain, Vinnie, Omar, Jeff, Fish, Stewart, and many more...

Woulda been pretty cool to have a VC - DW - Gadd reunion...its been almost 25 years since that legendary performance (damn I'm getttin old!)

Gadd was groovin, Vinnie was powerful but Weckl killed em :D

Disagree. Vinnie smoked Weck in terms of chops, owning the 32nd note phrasing that Weck didnt really have happening back then.

I feel ya - no disrespect...I know this is Vinnie's house but DW killed it
Here's my reasons
-I liked Weckl's track better (Mercy,Mercy is one of my BR favs)
-His solos were real tastey with technique, dynamics, hand/foot triplets and that hi=hat/cymabal thingy
-VC's 32nd note flurries were mostly double bass..Dave was singled-up

They all brought their A-game tho :)

Omar was nice too!

Yeah Steve's right, and LinearDrumma, you must be a real DW's lover for saying this, but it was really funny to read !!! :D :D :D
To me VC was playing like a man, DW like a teenager... :) :) :)
