An envelope not worth opening. Could be junk mail or a bill. We get it. A composed piece. Not fun for the listener. I know a few five year olds that could create something very similar.

What was this guy going for? I could compose stuff like this in my piss stream. There are birds and crickets outside making better music. I often put a click to certain birds chirping and you wouldn't believe the rhythmic stuff going on. Some birds are spot on with the click after 10 seconds goes by. Their timing is impeccable. Who would have thought birds have great time and amazing songs. Listening to nature has lots of influence. Sorry for the blah rant. Been on vacation for one to many days.

I hear you. The cicadas in my backyard are amazing. 4 and 5 stroke rolls cascading in the same time rate. Sometimes one cicada will be in triplets. Incredible polyrhythmic madness. But it us very musical. The 17 year cicadas are different, they are pitch and duration. I have a recording of six of them together. Incredible stuff.

The best time to get poly rhythmic songs is in the very early morning. Birds are singing up a storm. As long as other birds don't get in the way. When I lived in Los Angeles I recorded a few birds to a click. Lots of 5 over 4. Sometimes 9 or 10 over 4. I know... It all changes when you adjust the tempo. It was fun madness. When you add other birds into the mix its way to much. If you have the mind for it you can hear lots of poly shit going on. Sometimes that stuff puts me back to sleep or keeps me up. Even doves timing is interesting.
