Okidok. Sounds like a good audition tune when you have little rehearsal time with the rest of the band.
Unbeknownst to many, odd time is just short for Odd-Arne time.

This solo remains one of the most intense solo I've ever heard Vinnie play... Good to bring it back every now and then.. What an inspiration.. WOW :!: :!:

Oh good lord who's yelling at the end there.
Seriously though his Ziljians sound so much better than the Paiste's.

Yes. Like the drums they have a character that cuts through in a beautiful way.

An old colleague and drum buddy of mine asked me (he was making a list for a friend) which tracks are my
3 fav Vinnie tracks of all time. In no particular order.

My gut reaction was:

Keep It Greasy
Love Is Stronger Than Justice
I'm Tweaked

With End Of The Game as a strong outsider.

What's yours?

Raju - Five Piece Band

Heavy Resin - Document

Any live version of Seven Days

I could make it a long list, though. The Mitchell, Waldman and Lashway stuff is great.

Didn't really grow up with Zappa's music. Apostrophe is my favourite of Frank's albums. No Vinnie on that one.
