Some really good old Herbie footage came up on my feed.

As if the composition "By Fire" from Hiatus Kaiyote wasn't difficult enough to play, Nate Wood takes multitasking and coordination to a whole new level. Holy shit.

I must say, I'm quite impressed with this drummer called Chris Pat who I've seen several times as a host on Memphis Drum Shop videos. I'd seen him play a few tasty things when demoing cymbals or being challenged to copy a groove by a guest artist he's interviewed, but this is a solo which really ...

I enjoy some of these ramblings from Jay Graydon. He and even Herbie Hancock sometimes lose the 1.

Vinnie is a great orator. I don't think he was reading from autocue?, so very impressive. That venue looks like a huge stadium, Berklee must be massive! I wonder if Vinnie will be playing on the next Jacob Collier record.

I'm buying a couple of tickets tomorrow for a Jost Nickel clinic in June at a drum store. He's apparently on a UK clinic tour. Absolutely love his playing.

I've never really been a fan but I do like his playing here, apart from his slightly horrible sounding snare drum. There's incredible drummers on these VF Jam live sessions that were recorded a few years ago but Steve really holds his own here and the band playing for him is superb.

I normally don't bother with child prodigy drum videos as we've seen a lot of them over the years, but I think this one is pretty damn impressive.
