..his style dictated this, but the equipment made it happen.
The equipment "made it happen?"
Part of the reason why I don't think this is as big a deal generally is because these guys can play on any of the big 3 cymbals and it will all. sound.fine. Jeff would have sounded like Jeff on Zildjians ...

Re: Vinnie/Gretsch divorce?
Ludwig would make sense to me, as it has more of an old-school sound and identity like Gretsch does. Plus, obviously he has quite a few Ludwigs in his snare arsenal.

Re: Hi, again, all! :-)
Julian,
I will be visiting Mike Dorfman at Trick
on Wednesday. He's going to be modifying
my twins.
THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID!!!
Hey Peter,
I know I'm late to this party, but I couldn't pass up the opportunity...
Hope you are well! Perhaps someday soon we can hook up for that long ...

Thanks so much, guys! You're too kind!!!
LOL Matt! I'll try to work on the seal calls. The sushi part is well covered, though it wasn't represented on this gig.
More later....gotta run for now, but thanks for posting, and for the compliments Steve!
