Yeah, good on you mate for putting the video up.

I would say, however, that seemingly your hands are holding you back. I'd look up some stuff on the free stroke and really get a grasp around letting the stick move a bit more in your hands. Also, is your pinky sticking out on your traditional grip?

But again- it takes a special breed to throw up a video on HOD.
