I told my student about them and one day he shows up with one! It's hard to get a snare stand that goes low enough but it was a very cool drum.

I haven't listened to it yet, but I'll bet it sounds like a snare drum

It's like a snare drum and a roto tom had a baby.

Is he trying to brainwash us with those videos?

I wouldn´t call this "stupid".

They should have chosen another voice, but it´s a cool thing.
The second video, changing tunnings is very interesting.

It would need a special snare stand, lower than normal ones.

I tried one when they first came out - they're cool snares...
