This one came way out of left field. What a musical giant! 2016 has surely been a bad year in terms of musician deaths...and it's only April! :(

Sad. Too young. He wrote and played some cool music along the way.

I still love the big, roundhouse fill in "Diamonds and Pearls" that Michael Bland played.

Ginger Baker has out lived Prince. Who saw that coming?
