Mine arrived a week or two ago. Very nicely done! The Havona cover is also one my favorites. Great playing all around, nice selection of material!

Got my copy recently... Solid CD on all tracks... I really like "Dr. Slump".. especially the ride and hi-hat patterns..

HODers... GO GET IT you won't be disappointed!!

"Do I create a recording with a similar style of music to draw in an audience
or just go for what "I" want to do?"

No kidding!! Music Streaming rips the artists right off!!! What will it take for copyright laws to be updated to today's reality so that the artists get a fair share???? :shock:

No music in this vein was going to "draw in an audience" of any decent size, no matter what I chose to record. The original material selection was driven by both me and the original guitarist who ended up being unavailable for the recording. I almost bailed on the project at one point because my tastes had changed quite a bit during the process, but I decided to complete it and put it to bed. So it was never really "what I want to do", but more a case of some music I had grown up with and some music the original guitarist had an affinity for. I expect my next project to be entirely or at least mostly my own compositions. Lord knows when that will happen though.
