I am not being condescending but I am assuming you have very little to no experience with torrents so allow me to explain a little.
The website thetraderden.com is called a tracker (there are other trackers like DIME etc). Trackers do not contain the actual DVD but they do contain an essential and tiny file called a torrent which is the magic program that actually allows you to connect directly with other users who have the files on their computers and are open to sharing.
In order to connect to these other users you must first DL the tiny torrent file from thetradersden.com
You are not done yet! In order to execute that torrent file and connect with other users and actually DL the DVD you must have ANOTHER program called a torrent client. You can google "torrent clients" to find one for your computer but I use "transmission" for MAC. Other common clients are "azureus" and "bittorrent."
Once you open your client and execute the torrent file you will connect with other users who are open to sharing. These other users are called 'seeders.' The more seeders there are the fast you will likely DL the files. There are a lot of seeders right now so its a great time quickly grab this DVD.
