Beside using my left hand for some casual activities, I´ve been doing the Rudimental Ritual almost everyday trying to own it (once and for all, jajaa!). It´s been really helpful!
If you guys didn´t had the chance to really try it, do yourself a favor and check it out!
the copy i have (on paper) is impressively long, must be 8 pages at least
