Man it's really something special when you have guys that can all feel all the meters around that 3. That dotted quarter - then straight 8ths against that as the new quarter - I love that stuff. So much amazing improvising here - so much musical discussion going on. LOVE LOVE LOVE it.

My FAVORITE era of Vinnie is when he wore those "sweat pants"
the ones he is wearing here are similar to those at the Modern Drummer
Round Table II interview...I call this the MAGIC years of abandon and
relaxed confidence to Go For It...
