His drummer, Frank 'Frallan' Nilsson is a beast too. Stylistically a mix between Gadd, Novak and Dion Derek

Excellent source of GROOVE! Frank as well...
he holds that trad stick wayyy back! SO inside
that groove...ownership of each note. The
fills at 1:35 reminded me of Steve's fluid blazing
down the toms...love that fill!

Yeah I agree, fantastic playing there, absolutely flawless. Great tune too.

This album was a staple at the music school I attended 20 years ago.
Paulo is a hidden gem in many regards but among my friends, he's a diamond
