Hi all. I'm coming a bit late to this party/discussion. But I'm the co-author of the book—and I'd like nothing better than to monetarily reimburse all the musicians who supplied their stories to us—but seeing as we've got to sell a boatload of copies—that may take awhile!! We have earmarked a portion of any profits to be donated to Save the Music Foundation. But like all self-published authors, we're in the hole with expenses. But enough of the good news.
Just hope anyone who's reading it, will enjoy (and if you're a player) nod one's head in recognition. Keep on keepin on.
