Speaking of Pirate Bay, there is a Russian website that is selling this CD (mp3) for next to nothing, and they don't pay me a penny. I recall selling a few copies to some Russian people (sent to Russian addresses) last year, so I guess whoever that was just made it available. I've tried contacting them, and even tried getting our government involved, but no dice.
