PS- I can't seem to get the youtube embedded. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Yun can't use https, only http.

Yes, you're using the youtu.be short link when trying to embed. You should always use the full url (http://youtube.com/...etc)

My thoughts exactly. Gotta make it fun. Also cool that Vince obviously doesn't feel he's stealing the spotlight.

I saw a Chris Botti interview once where he said Sting told him to find the greatest drummer you can find and make him the center of your show...
